RULES AND REGULATIONS
CHECK-IN
The apartments are available from 2 pm on arrival day, but it is possible to check-in from 11 am in Residence Loris 2.
Part of the check-in process can be done by sending a copy of a valid document (of the person who has made the booking) with name, surname, date and place of birth of the rest of the group.
Keys will be handed over between 2 pm and 7 pm.
The balance or final payment should be settled on arrival, before the keys are handed over. This can be in the form of cash, credit card, cash card or cheque.
The security deposit and local taxes will be paid on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are not provided and should be brought from home, or alternatively can be hired on arrival.
LATE CHECK-IN
Our office closes at 7 pm. For guests arriving after this time it is possible to settle the above payments by credit – card and pick up the keys from the bar.
In the event of late arrival linen and towels can be booked in advance and will be put in the apartment by our staff.
OFFICE HOURS
On arrival you can find us in Residence Loris 2.
On Sunday we are open from 11 am to 12.30pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm.
From Monday to Friday we are open from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm. At these times the office is located opposite at Residence Abete.
CHECK – OUT
Check-out is from 8 am to 10 am in Residence Loris 2.
The apartments should be left with the washing-up done, the blankets folded and the rubbish removed.
Any hired linen should be returned when checking-out.
EARLY CHECK-OUT
Previous arrangements should be made for the return of the deposit by bank transfer, in the case of night departures or departures when the office is closed.
One days notice should be given for departures on a previous day.
CANCELLATIONS
In the case of cancellations and the return of monies paid, at least 60 days notice is required.
Deposits can be ‘frozen’ in the case of cancellations and used at a later date. 20 days notice is required in this case.
Any cancellations with less than 20 days notice will result in the loss of any monies paid.
